The Fine Dining Restaurant Chesa Rössli serves exclusive cuisine and is one of the best restaurants in Münster. In these walls, fresh ingredients are turned into innovative and exclusive dishes. In addition to the varied menu card, we offer a monthly menu. Enjoy culinary highlights in summer on the gorgeous terrace, or in winter by the cosy fireplace.
Always delicious. Great restaurant with exceptionally good service. Thanks and keep it up.
The food was delicious and I'll be a guest again.
We were in Münster for 3 days and had reserved the Gabriels, Villa Medici and Chesa Rössli restaurants in advance for 2 adults and 2 children. The "breast or leg (bok)" was out of the question because it was too fish-heavy for us. The Chesa Rössli was the last of the three mentioned restaurants that we visited. Basically it is noticeable that all cards are very similar (they all have lamb and ox cheeks ...). The Chesa Rössli is very small and feels more like a "side room" of the main restaurant in Mövenpick. The ambience is good, the terrace could be particularly interesting on warmer days. The service was very professional and friendly. Special requests were also met, including at the starter. As a main course we had, among other things Fillet of beef and the suckling pig. I found the suckling pig a touch too dry and the Bohemian dumpling was almost tasteless. The beef fillet and the starters, however, were great. We had a Mövenpick Rosé champagne beforehand, from which we also took a bottle with us. We had the wine tour with the food, starting with a very tasty white wine and later strong red wines. You eat very well at Chesa Rössli, but I personally like the Villa Medici. Regardless of that, you should try the Chesa Rössli.
Easy one star ?! We were very satisfied!
Not only was the service very nice, the food was excellent.
unfortunately very unfriendly ....
If you want to eat something unusual, you've come to the right place! It's delicious too! Clear recommendation.
My wife and I were guests in this beautiful restaurant today. We enjoyed the 5-course menu. The dishes were very unusual and delicious, the dessert was an explosion of taste. The service is excellent. We would love to come back.
Our first and not the last visit to the Chesa Rössli. It was a real treat for us. Starting with the aperitif, amus gueule and dessert, we really got a taste for it. The taste of the individual dishes was perfectly coordinated, harmony and harmony were found in every dish. The wine recommendation reflected the menu. The service staff is pleasantly friendly, nice and comes very relaxed and "easy" but with that certain something. It was a 100% pleasure for our palate.
Top and thank you for the great evening. This is how customer orientation works ..... class cuisine and class wine accompaniment ...... we come regularly ... Best regards
It was a wonderful evening at Chesa Rössli, we felt very comfortable. The service was top (polite, attentive and quick - never intrusive), both menus were perfectly tasted and very, very tasty, the recommended wines were perfect for every course. The price-performance ratio was also right for us. We will definitely be back very soon and would be happy to recommend the Chesa Rössli to friends and family, as well as to anyone who values a pleasant atmosphere, a fine restaurant with extremely friendly staff and top quality products.
We had a nice evening with 2 people. The service was very nice through the evening and the kitchen exceeded all expectations. Just great!
WITH LIGHT AND SHADOW We went to Geese tonight - food there. The three different varieties, with olive oil and salt Served bread slices, were of subterranean quality. The aperitif a kind of "Kir" with additives tasted to me not at all. Greetings from the kitchen, a small glass of pumpkin soup with a Slice of Grisons meat, the soup was outstanding, but that Grisons meat apparently a supermarket quality. The self selected "Dole" proved once again, Switzerland can have rösti and chocolate but no wine. When Brückenauer Mineral Water came a medium instead of Still. The Oldenburger roast goose in the traditional way with one Dumplings, chestnuts, Brussels sprouts, a kind of croquette, a dollop of puree was good, but certainly not gourmet quality. The dessert was a Mövenpick - blackberry - ice cream served, in my opinion a taste of fat and artificial Flavorings. For such an ice cream Mövenpick should be ashamed. On the complaint, the due Caffe were not calculated = professional. A special praise goes to the Maitre d`hotel, something proud but very emphatic.
First Class! Mr. Gunia and his team are always very courteous. An experience of a special kind. Gladly again and again.
Highly recommended! A very well-coordinated menu (spices, spicy) to perfectly matching wines! Certainly not our last visit highly recommended!
Still one of the best addresses of Münsterland. Great ambience and noble modern equipment. The kitchen is constantly increasing in terms of creativity and likes to experiment with current trends in gastronomy. Fantastic wine list and outstanding service under a great maitre.
What a great meal. It was PURE PLEASURE. Nice location, delicious food and everyone is very friendly.
I had an awesome experience. Very good food. The service was extra ordinary good. The style of the restaurant is a little old school. But can recommend for sure.
